Motivation
Air-quality measurement is useful when people can understand what is being measured and what the measurements can—and cannot—tell them.
Nepal Air Observatory connects my interest in environmental sensing with public understanding. It is related to the modeling questions in PRAVAH, while measurement and numerical simulation remain distinct activities.
