Research context

At Duke’s Center for Virtual Imaging Trials, my work includes contributions to XCAT 3.0 and CT image analysis, alongside the first-author AbdomenGen project.

XCAT 3.0 develops a library of personalized computational phantoms from CT scans. Related CT analysis work includes JANUS, ORACLE-CT, and Organ-Aware Attention.

See the publications page for author lists, venues, and links to the papers.
